Randstad in Perth invites applications for an experienced Facilities Coordinator - Shift Supervisor to join our 6-month engagement. You will lead a 24/7 maintenance team, manage schedules, and oversee BAS and CMMS BEIMS to keep guest facilities running smoothly.
Reporting to the Building Services Manager, you will monitor budgets, produce basic reports, and ensure OSH compliance while fostering a proactive service culture across premier resort operations.
