Your role is to engage with potential customers, qualify their interest, and book appointments for our Solar Consultants.No previous solar experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support.Key ResponsibilitiesContact homeowners using warm and cold leads.Introduce PR Solar and explain the benefits of solar energy.Qualify customers based on set criteria.Book appointments for our Solar Consultants.Maintain accurate customer records in HubSpot.Meet daily,



weekly and monthly appointment targets.Work collaboratively with the sales team to maximise conversions.Deliver exceptional customer service on every call.What We're Looking ForExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.A confident and professional phone manner.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Strong work ethic and reliability.Comfortable working towards KPIs and targets.Good computer skills.Previous experience in appointment setting, call centres, customer service or sales is desirable but not essential.What We OfferCompetitive hourly rate plus uncapped bonuses.Flexible part-time and full-time opportunities.Monday to Friday work—no weekends.Full training provided with ongoing coaching.Clear career progression into sales or leadership roles.Supportive, friendly and energetic team environment.Modern office located in Osborne Park.Regular team incentives, competitions and social events.Full-Time38 hours per week.Monday to Friday.Why PR Solar?
