Permanent part‐time position at Buderim Private Hospital (Sunshine Coast, QLD).
Remuneration $*****–$***** per hour, plus super, NFP salary packaging, and other benefits.ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional patient care in maternity and women's health.Assess and respond to clinical nursing issues and concerns.Supervise and guide multidisciplinary team members, making effective decisions.Act as charge clinical nurse after hours and weekends when rostered.Lead by example through communication, customer service, and patient advocacy.QualificationsDual qualification: Registered Nurse (RN) and Midwife (RM), with AHPRA registration.Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar clinical leadership setting.Bachelor of Nursing and Midwifery or equivalent.Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship.Flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating roster.Commitment to ongoing professional development and quality improvement.Willingness to obtain required vaccinations,
