Full time ongoing opportunity | 80 hours per fortnightLead, mentor and develop a team of 5 Accounts Payable OfficersHybrid | 3 days in the office | Parkville locationAbout the roleWe are seeking an experienced and driven Accounts Payable Manager to join our Finance team.
In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end Accounts Payable function, leading a high-performing team in a quick-paced, multi-entity environment while driving process improvements and operational excellence.You will oversee payment operations, maintain strong financial controls, and ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirements.Working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders, you will enhance service delivery, lead system and process improvements, and develop a collaborative, high-performing Accounts Payable team.Key AccountabilitiesLead, mentor, and develop a team of 5 Accounts Payable OfficersOversee end-to-end Accounts Payable across 3 entitiesManage weekly payment runs and ad hoc paymentsEnsure AP processes comply with internal controls and company policiesMaintain both automated and manual payment processes,
