you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical care and enhancing the wellbeing of our residents.Working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide clinical leadership, advocate for resident-centred care, and contribute to creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment where residents can thrive.Key ResponsibilitiesCo-ordinate professional care practices according to individual care plans and documented policies and proceduresSafe administration of medicationMaintaining clinical documentationAdhere to national standards and legal requirementsEngage with residents on a daily basisPromote a culture of safety, dignity, and respectAbout YouTo be successful, you will have:Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse or Police check plus NDIS acknowledgement emailPrevious experience in Aged CareStrong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and regulationsKnowledge of AN-ACC funding and assessmentsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsConfidence using electronic clinical systems and documentation platformsAbility to work autonomously and collaborativelyCurrent NDIS Worker Screening ClearanceA Workplace Where You BelongWe welcome applications from people of all ages, genders, cultures, abilities, and backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.Ready to Join Us?
