Hamilton Island Marina, located in the heart of the Great Barrier Reef, is seeking a customer-focused Marina Concierge to join our team.

This is a predominantly water-based role where you'll spend much of your day operating marina vessels, transporting guests, assisting arriving and departing boats, and supporting skippers with day-to-day requests.
As the face of the Marina, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences both on and off the water, ensuring vessel owners, crew, and guests enjoy a memorable stay from arrival through to departure.Where you'll make an impactCoordinate arrivals, departures, airport, and resort transfersMeet and greet vessel owners, guests,
