Working within a complex manufacturing and mining environment, you'll play a key role in ensuring security of supply, managing commercial risk and delivering sustainable value across the business.This is a highly collaborative role where you'll partner with manufacturing, technology, supply chain and operational teams to develop procurement strategies that strengthen supplier relationships, improve business continuity and support long-term growth.
You'll also act as a trusted advisor on market conditions, supply risks and commercial opportunities while contributing to major business projects and continuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities IncludeDeveloping and executing procurement and category management strategies across direct spend categoriesLeading strategic sourcing activities, supplier negotiations and contract management activitiesBuilding supply chain resilience through risk management, contingency planning and supplier diversificationManaging strategic supplier relationships and driving value creation opportunitiesDelivering cost reduction,
