About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and detail-focused individual to join our Financial Services team as a Financial Planning Assistant.
This role offers the chance to work alongside our Independent Financial Advisers, supporting the delivery of high quality, compliant financial planning services to our clients.
You will play a key role in ensuring our advice process runs smoothly, from preparing documentation and reports through to supporting client relationships and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day operation of the Financial Services team, ensuring compliance work is delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with FCA requirements.
Prepare client review documentation and reports, manage new business submissions, arrange client meetings and maintain accurate records on Xplan.
Liaise with clients, providers and colleagues,



handling communication professionally and in a timely manner while supporting general administration across the department.
Contribute to improving processes and efficiencies within the team, supporting ongoing development and innovation.
Qualifications
Experience as a Financial Planning Assistant or similar role within an Independent Financial Adviser or Wealth Management firm.
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Good understanding of the financial advice process and confidence in preparing compliant documentation.
Experience using systems such as Xplan and Microsoft Office.
Level 3 qualification in Financial Services is desirable; progress towards a Level 4 Diploma is advantageous.
