Sydney | Full Time | Architecture & DesignAre you an organised, proactive Studio Coordinator or Office Administrator who thrives in a creative, quick-paced environment?
We're partnering with a highly regarded architectural practice to recruit a Studio Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in keeping the studio running smoothly.
Working closely with the Studio Manager and leadership team, you'll be at the heart of the business, supporting daily operations, coordinating administration and helping foster a positive, collaborative studio culture.This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected design practice with a robust reputation for delivering high-quality projects across Australia.The RoleYou'll be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations of the studio run efficiently while providing administrative support across the wider business.Duties Will IncludeSupporting the Studio Manager with day-to-day studio operationsCoordinating office administration, facilities and supplier relationshipsReception support including welcoming visitors and managing incoming enquiriesAssisting project teams with document preparation, printing, binding and formattingSetting up new projects and maintaining client and consultant informationManaging leave records, staff calendars and internal documentationCoordinating training, professional development and staff recordsAssisting with studio events,



team initiatives and workplace culture activitiesSupporting quality assurance processes and maintaining compliance documentationLiaising with building management, contractors and external service providersCoordinating office supplies, stationery and general studio upkeepAbout YouWe're looking for someone who enjoys being the person that keeps everything organised behind the scenes.You'll Ideally BringPrevious experience as a Studio Coordinator, Office Coordinator, Office Manager or Team AdministratorExperience within architecture, engineering, construction or a professional services environment (preferred)Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong Microsoft Office skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsHigh attention to detail and a proactive approachA professional, approachable and collaborative attitudeHighly regarded:Experience using Synergy, MYOB or similar ERP/project management systemsAdobe InDesign experienceExperience coordinating events or internal culture initiativesWhat's on OfferJoin a highly respected architecture practice with a collaborative team cultureVaried role with genuine ownership and autonomyBeautiful modern studio environmentSupportive leadership teamOpportunity to become an integral part of a growing businessCompetitive salary package based on experienceIf you're an organised administrator who enjoys creating structure, building relationships and helping teams perform at their best,
