We're looking for a part-time Veterinary Nurse to join our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified nurse with clinical experience who is looking for a supportive environment, great clients, and a workplace where they can continue to grow and develop their skills.
Our clinic is home to a loyal client base and a team of 4 veterinarians and 5 nurses, proudly recognised as the Greencross General Practice Clinic Team of the Year ****.

About the Role
As a Veterinary Nurse, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our veterinary team across all areas of the clinic.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting veterinarians in consults, treatments, and surgeriesMonitoring anaesthesia and supporting surgical patientsAdministering medications and post-operative carePerforming diagnostic testing and pathologyCaring for hospitalised patientsEducating pet owners on health, nutrition, and preventative careMaintaining accurate patient recordsSupporting clients through both happy and challenging momentsMaintaining a clean, organised, and efficient clinical environmentContinuing to develop and grow your nursing skills
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Holds a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent)Has 2+ years of clinical veterinary nursing experienceHas strong communication and organisational skillsIs confident working in a busy clinical environmentIs compassionate, proactive, and team-oriented




Has a genuine passion for animal welfare and patient careEnjoys building relationships with both clients and colleaguesBrings a positive attitude and willingness to learn
