About the opportunity
Design, develop and implement contemporary learning and development solutions that build organisational capability and support University priorities.Lead or contribute to learning and capability projects,
including the implementation of new learning technologies, programs and initiatives.Manage and continuously improve the University's Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring effective administration, governance, reporting and user experience.
About you
Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Learning and Development, Education, Business or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.Substantial and extensive experience designing, developing and delivering learning and development initiatives within a large, complex organisation.Experience managing or administering a Learning Management System (LMS), including reporting, governance and user support.Demonstrated experience developing engaging digital learning resources and applying contemporary adult learning and instructional design principles.Experience coordinating enterprise learning programs, including mandatory and compliance training.
