SecureTalent has been exclusively engaged to appoint an IAM Operations Lead for a leading Blue Chip organisation undertaking a significant uplift of its Identity & Access Management capability.
This is an opportunity to lead the operational delivery of enterprise Identity & Access Management services across a complex technology environment.
You'll play a critical role in ensuring identity services remain secure, resilient and scalable while driving continuous improvement across people, processes and technology.
This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys building high-performing operational environments, holding vendors accountable and modernising enterprise IAM services through automation, governance and operational excellence.
The Opportunity As the IAM Operations Lead, you'll oversee the day-to-day delivery of Identity & Access Management services across a blended internal and outsourced operating model.
You'll own operational performance across key IAM capabilities including identity lifecycle management, privileged access, authentication and access provisioning, ensuring service levels are consistently achieved while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, automation and customer experience.
Working closely with cyber security leadership, IT teams, HR, business stakeholders and external partners, you'll ensure IAM operations continue to evolve to meet changing business and security requirements.




About You You'll be an experienced Identity & Access Management leader with a passion for operational excellence and service delivery.
You'll bring experience across: Enterprise Identity & Access Management operations Managing internal teams and outsourced service providers Identity lifecycle management (Joiners, Movers & Leavers) Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Privileged Access Management (PAM) Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory and modern authentication technologies SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect and directory services SLA management, operational reporting and vendor governance Process optimisation, automation and continuous improvement Zero Trust and enterprise cyber security frameworks You'll be equally comfortable leading technical teams, engaging senior stakeholders and driving measurable improvements across enterprise identity services.
