This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring the successful delivery of quality assurance initiatives across multiple client engagements while working closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and project managers.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in test management, stakeholder engagement, delivery governance, automation, and leading high-performing QA teams within large enterprise environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end testing activities across multiple projects and client engagements.Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, and quality assurance processes to ensure successful project delivery.Oversee SIT, UAT, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing activities.Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, solution architects, developers, and business analysts to deliver high-quality solutions.Manage testing schedules, resource allocation, risks, dependencies, and defect resolution.Lead, mentor, and support Test Leads, Test Analysts, and Automation Engineers.Monitor testing progress through metrics,



reporting, and quality dashboards, providing regular updates to stakeholders.Drive continuous improvement across manual and automation testing practices.Ensure alignment with Agile, Waterfall, hybrid, DevOps, and CI/CD delivery methodologies.Act as the primary point of contact for all testing and quality-related matters throughout the project lifecycle.Required Skills & ExperienceProven experience managing enterprise testing programs and leading QA teams within an IT Services, Consulting, or Systems Integration setting.Extensive experience delivering testing services across multiple clients and concurrent projects.Strong background in Test Management and Quality Assurance delivery.Experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and modern QA tools.Hands‐on experience with tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, JMeter, or similar.Experience managing testing across digital transformation and enterprise integration programs.Strong knowledge of test planning, defect management, risk assessment, release management, and quality governance.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, people leadership, and client engagement skills.Experience managing geographically distributed or offshore testing teams.Preferred ExperienceExperience working with Government, Banking, Insurance, or other large enterprise clients.Exposure to performance testing, API testing, cloud-based testing, and DevOps environments.Active involvement in the software testing community through blogs, technical articles, mentoring, or thought leadership is an advantage.ISTQB or other relevant testing certifications are highly regarded.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proven experience managing and influencing multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams.Due to the nature of the work, only candidates with valid Australian work rights will be considered for this role.
