This is not a hands‐on technical build role, it's about driving requirements, shaping solutions, and delivering business outcomes.What you'll be doing:Lead business analysis activities across the Vision to VisionX migrationFacilitate workshops and gather business requirementsDefine current and future state processes and perform gap analysisLead data mapping and migration requirementsAnalyse integrations and APIs from a business perspectiveDrive requirements traceability and business readinessCoordinate UAT planning and executionManage senior stakeholders, vendors and program governanceWhat we're looking for:Hands‐on experience with the Vision cards platform is essential,



including Vision platform releases and VisionX deploymentsProven experience leading large‐scale platform migration or transformation programsStrong skills in business process mapping, requirements gathering and gap analysisExperience with data migration and integration analysisExcellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skillsExperience within Financial Services, Banking or another regulated environment is highly regardedCandidates with direct Vision platform experience are our first preference; however, we'll also consider senior Business Analysts with proven Salesforce migration or transformation experience.Our CapabilitiesFor over 20 years, we've been a trusted local partner for organisations across Australia and New Zealand.
