The team provide specialist services for young people, children and families, adults, and older people.
Community mental health services include a specialist Aboriginal Mental Health Team, bilingual mental health workers and Peer Support Workers.
Our main sites are at Canterbury, Croydon, Camperdown, Marrickville, and Redfern Community Health Services.
The role will be based at Croydon Health Centre.The Assertive Outreach Teams are tertiary level community mental health teams providing care coordinated services to consumers diagnosed with a severe and enduring mental illness and who require an enhanced level of support to sustain living in the community.For more information, view the Position DescriptionIdeal CandidateRecognised tertiary qualifications appropriate to profession.
