The Role
Our Kiosk Attendants need to have the highest level of customer service skills.
The primary responsibility of our Kiosk Attendants is to deliver first class services to our patrons ensuring it's in line with our Mission, Vision and Values.
Key Areas Of Responsibility Include
Provide excellent customer service to all customers
Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the café
Replenished condiments as needed
Follow health and safety guidelines
Cashier experience, taking orders and handling cash
Apply sound cash handling principals and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems
Promote the centres services and programs to our patrons
Develop and maintain good working relations with patrons
Provide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food options
Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
Hours may increase during the centre's peak periods
Previous Barista Experience is highly desirable
Skills & Attributes
Positive, friendly, helpful and energetic work style
Coffee making/ barista skills
Food handling Certificate
Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2)
Current CPR Certificate.
Current Food Handlers Qualification
Police Check
Working with Vulnerable People
Ability to be flexible during the centre's peak periods
Previous experience is a similar role is desirable, but candidates with a friendly attitude and a customer service mindset are encouraged to apply!
