ResponsibilitiesFull‐time, on‐site Solicitor role.
The Solicitor will manage a diverse caseload, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, preparing advice, corresponding with clients, counsel, and various other stakeholders.
Daily responsibilities include conducting legal research, preparing court documents and briefs, attending court and tribunal appearances (supervised as required), and participating in negotiations and mediations.
The role works closely with the Principal practitioner and others on substantive matters.Qualifications1‐2 years post‐qualification experience (PQE).
Experience in advocacy and drafting – training for development will be provided.Ability to interpret legislation, case law, procedural rules, and apply them to facts.Ability to work effectively in a team.Strong communication skills, good record‐keeping, punctuality, and reliability.Skilled integrity with a client‐focus, at the heart of the work.
