Guided by our values of Respect, Openness, Service, Integrity and Innovation, we foster a workplace where expertise is valued, collaboration is encouraged, and purpose sits at the heart of everything we do.About The RoleReporting to the Manager, People & Culture Programs, you'll lead contemporary learning and development initiatives that strengthen workforce capability, support career development and improve employee engagement.You'll work with managers and teams to understand learning needs, design and facilitate creative and engaging learning solutions, support performance and development planning, and turn survey and learning data into practical actions.This role will suit someone who brings fresh thinking, curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset to the way people learn, develop and build capability at work.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, deliver and evaluate learning programs aligned to workforce and organisational priorities.Facilitate engaging learning activities using adult learning principles, inclusive design and accessible delivery formats.Support capability planning, career development,
