you'll play an important role in maintaining continuity of care and education when permanent team members are on leave.
Your responsibilities will include:Supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing across all age groupsAssisting educators in implementing engaging learning experiencesBuilding positive relationships with children, families and team membersMaintaining a secure, inclusive and nurturing environmentContributing to daily routines and centre operationsSupporting observations, documentation and learning outcomesAbout YouWe're looking for educators who are flexible, reliable and passionate about early childhood education.To be successful, you'll have:Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent), or be actively working towards a qualificationPrevious experience in a long day care environmentA current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain oneFlexibility to accept shifts at short notice when requiredA positive, team-focused attitude and genuine passion for supporting childrenOur Commitment to SafetyAt Affinity Education Group, we believe child safety is everyone's responsibility.
