As a key educational team member, the successful candidate will play an integral role in providing high-quality care and educational experiences for children in a nurturing, stimulating,



and inclusive environment.Develop and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based learning experiences that support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.Regularly observe and document children's progress and milestones through digital observations, learning stories, and portfoliosParticipate in team meetings, planning sessions, and professional development opportunities, contributing to a culture of excellence across the serviceBuild strong, respectful relationships with families, ensuring open communication about their child's progress, achievements, and challengesAdhere to child protection policies and procedures, ensuring the wellbeing and safety of all children in your care, and consistently meeting the highest standards of practiceAssist with developing and implementing the curriculum that aligns with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
