This key engineering role will be responsible for planning, managing and successfully delivering engineering projects of a complex nature.Alongside delivery, you will contribute to improving digital workflows and adopting model-based and data-driven approaches within the Civil discipline.ResponsibilitiesIdentifying technical innovation opportunities and team capability gaps, developing and delivering individual and team training plansAssist in developing and delivering a broad suite of training opportunities aligned with professional development pathwaysAssist the CDO to identify and implement improvements in Computational Design, interoperability, and optimisation - focused on improving design efficiency and project deliverySupport the Discipline Principal Engineer in monitoring emerging software trends - including automation and AI-enabled tools relevant to civil designApply advanced design and documentation principles to deliver effective, coordinated solutions using model-based design approachesImprove efficiency and implementation of tools including 12D, Civil 3D,



BIM and visualisation - including leveraging models as a source of project dataIdentify and implement opportunities to streamline or automate design and documentation workflowsSupport the uplift of digital capability within the Civil team through mentoring and practical application of tools and workflowsWe are looking for someone with.
