Blackbook, a rapid‐growing Australian ecommerce business in health and wellness, seeks a hands‐on Head of Commercial Growth to personally own and build the revenue engine.
You will drive revenue growth, retention, and CRM strategies with autonomy and a lean team, reporting to the founder and collaborating with the tech lead.We value 7+ years ecommerce growth experience, direct accountability for revenue, and strong Shopify/Klaviyo proficiency.
2 days in office, 3 days from home in Melbourne.
