If you're passionate about healthcare and want to make a tangible impact on patient outcomes, this role offers a unique and rewarding career path.What You Will DoProvide in-theatre technical and clinical support during knee and hip procedures, enabling safe and effective use of robotic technologyDeliver pre-operative case planning by segmenting and analysing CT data using specialised softwareAct as the primary point of contact for surgeons and theatre staff during procedures, ensuring seamless workflow and product utilisationSupport procedures day to day, maintaining readiness and accuracy in high-pressure clinical environmentsTrain healthcare professionals on product use and surgical applications through structured, on-site education sessionsMaintain accurate case documentation and system data to support compliance and continuous improvementCollaborate with internal teams to align case coverage, inventory,
and scheduling requirementsMonitor product usage and provide feedback to support product development and customer outcomesWhat You Will NeedRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Allied Health, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Science, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic, Osteo, Podiatry, or a related fieldMinimum 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare, clinical, or patient-facing environmentFull, unrestricted Australian driver's licensePreferred Qualifications:Experience supporting surgical or clinical environmentsExposure to medical devices, healthcare technology, theatre environments or anatomy-focused rolesAdditional InformationTerritory-based role covering south-east Melbourne and surrounding areasRegular attendance in hospitals and operating theatres requiredFrequent local travel required; occasional regional travel may be neededComprehensive training provided, including robotics certificationCareer progression pathways within a global medical technology organisationMultiple financial benefits including health care, financial wellbeing, insurance advantages.Ongoing training and opportunities for career progressionPaid Parental leave schemesVolunteer DaysIf you're ready to build a career where technology, healthcare, and purpose intersect—
