This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll inspire teams, drive continuous improvement, and play a key role in delivering operational performance in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing workplace.About the RoleReporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead a medium-sized production team, ensuring daily production targets are achieved safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
You'll coach and develop Team Leaders, champion a positive safety culture, and work collaboratively across Planning, Maintenance, Quality, Logistics and People & Capability.What You'll Be Responsible ForLeading, coaching and developing Team Leaders and production teamsDelivering production schedules while achieving Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost (SQDC)
