We are seeking an organised and motivated Kitchen Steward to join our dynamic team in the Kitchen Department.
Working under the guidance of the Executive Chef, you'll ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and sanitised, maintaining them in ready-for-use condition.
Your responsibilities include operating a commercial size dishwasher, handling food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
You will also need to adhere to the Food Safety Program and manage shift operations when required.This is a permanent part time position living on the island in our staff village.
