Real Therapy Solutions
Wollongong
Real Therapy Solutions, part of the MedHealth Group, has been delivering multidisciplinary therapy services for over 25 years.
With purpose-built clinics and Sensory Gyms in Wollongong, Bella Vista, Campbelltown, and Penrith, we're one connected team helping individuals and families achieve meaningful, real-life outcomes while providing a supportive setting where clinicians can learn, collaborate, and thrive.
Start your career with the support you wish every new grad had.
You've worked hard to get here.
Now comes the part that can feel exciting... and a little daunting.
The thought of stepping into your first clinical role.
Managing a caseload.
Making clinical decisions.
Wondering if you'll have enough support when things get tough.
At Real Therapy Solutions, we get it.
That's exactly why we've built our **** Graduate Program the way we have.
This isn't a role where you're handed a full caseload, shown your desk, and expected to figure it out.
Our program is designed to help you grow your confidence, build your skills, and enjoy being a clinician from day one.
You'll be surrounded by experienced clinicians who genuinely want to see you succeed.
You'll have time to learn.
Time to ask questions.
Time to develop into the practitioner you want to become.
Job Description
What makes our Graduate Program different?
Our 12-month structured Graduate Program begins with 12 weeks of intensive induction training, giving you a strong foundation before you're expected to work independently.
We deliberately ease you into clinical practice with a reduced caseload for your first four months,
so you can focus on learning, developing your clinical reasoning, and building confidence.
You'll also have:
Weekly 1:1 clinical supervision for your first four months then fortnightly
Monthly coaching sessions with clinic mentors
A dedicated buddy throughout the entire program
Quarterly professional development to keep your learning moving forward
Regular catch-ups and social events with fellow graduates
Plenty of regular opportunities to observe clinicians across multiple disciplines
Access to a MedHealth Academy for endless learning opportunities and PD
You'll never feel like you're doing it alone
One of the biggest challenges for new graduates is feeling isolated.
We've intentionally created a graduate community that keeps you connected.
You'll start alongside other new grads, learn together, celebrate wins together, and support each other through those inevitable first-career challenges.
There will always be someone to ask.
Someone to debrief with.
Someone who remembers exactly what it felt like to be in your shoes.
What's in it for you?
Competitive salary package + monthly incentives
Laptop, phone & clinical toolkit
KM & toll reimbursement at $1.01p/km
Qualified indemnity insurance
Salary packaging + novated leasing options
Employee perks: travel discounts, fitness passport, rewards programs
A fun, supportive and connected team, with regular social events, team lunches & dinners, team building activities, monthly in clinic events, festive celebrations, trivia, walks around the lake & park after lunch, join in as much or as little as you like.
