Position Description
Reporting to the Credit Manager and working in a close-knit finance team, the role will include but not be limited to:
Manage debts that fall outside payment termsOverseeing a debtor's ledger of national accountsFlagging matters with delayed paymentsProviding monthly statements to clientsMaintaining accurate and comprehensive debtor file notesWeekly and monthly reporting to the Credit ManagerMeeting monthly collection targets
Ideal Candidate
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Receivable role, as well as the following attributes:
Prior experience as an Accounts Receivable Officer,



ideally within professional servicesHigh level time management skills & the ability to meet deadlinesExcellent communication skills both written and verbalHigh level numeracy and reconciliation skillsStrong organisation and time-management skillsAbility to thrive in a high volume and fast paced environmentIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
