This casual role involves assisting with daily living, personal care, and implementing Individual Plans to support clients in their home and community activities.You will contribute to client-centred goals, work across a 24/7 roster, and travel locally as needed.
Applicants should be local to Oatlands or willing to travel, with a current First Aid/CPR certificate and probity checks.
