This is a hands-on manufacturing role where you will operate and monitor production equipment, maintain product quality standards, and contribute to a safe and effective workplace.What We OfferStable employment with a growing Australian manufacturerCompetitive hourly rates and overtime opportunitiesOngoing training and developmentSupportive team environment focused on safety and qualityShift Pattern12-hour rotating shifts (6:00am - 6:00pm and 6:00pm - 6:00am)84 hours (7 shifts) per fortnightRotating day and night rosterOvertime opportunities availableAbout The RoleReporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for operating production equipment safely and efficiently while ensuring all products meet quality, food safety and production standards.Key responsibilities include:Operating and monitoring bottling and packaging machineryConducting machine changeovers and basic fault findingMonitoring production lines and responding to equipment issuesMaintaining production output, efficiency and quality standardsConducting quality checks and identifying non-conforming productsRecording production data and downtime informationEnsuring products are correctly labelled, coded, wrapped and packagedReplenishing raw materials and packaging suppliesPerforming cleaning and minor maintenance activitiesOperating forklifts safely when requiredAssisting with stock movements and material handlingFollowing all safety, food safety and quality proceduresReporting hazards,
