We're looking for a Concrete Plant Manager to take ownership of a busy, high volume production site based in Riverview.This is a outstanding opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and wants to make a genuine, visible impact on how a plant runs day to day, with a strong pathway to a permanent position for the right person.About the RoleYou'll be responsible for the daily running of the concrete production operation, leading a multi team workforce through a period of significant process improvement.
The site is transitioning from traditional batch production toward a continuous flow model, so you'll play a key role in embedding new ways of working, standardising processes across shifts, and lifting overall output without adding cost.Key ResponsiblitiesOversee daily production planning, scheduling and team allocation across multiple work crewsDrive consistency and standard work across teams, reducing variability between shiftsLead layout, workflow and process improvement initiatives to lift plant throughoutManage labour, materials and equipment (forklifts, cranes, mobile plant)



efficiently across the siteChampion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with site safety standardsBuild cross skilling across teams to improve flexibility and reduce bottlenecksReport on production KPIs and support senior leadership with improvement planningManage relationships with internal stakeholders and support broader site coordinationWhat We're Looking ForProven experience managing or supervising a concrete, precast, or manufacturing production plantDemonstrated experience leading teams of a similar size (40+), including managing through a Supervisor or team leader layerStrong understanding of lean production principles, continuous flow, or process improvement methodology (highly regarded)Confident leading and developing teams, including rostering and performance managementComfortable working in an outdoor, industrial production environmentStrong communication skills and a proactive, solutions focused approachCurrent driver's licence; forklift or crane tickets are a plusWhat's on OfferRiverview location, easy access from surrounding Brisbane and Ipswich areasThe chance to be part of a business actively investing in modernising its operationsSupportive leadership team open to new ideas and process improvement
