The Roosevelt (Potts Point)One of our legends is moving interstate, and with a busy function season locked in, we're looking for a fast, clean Full-Time Bartender and an experienced Floor Staff Member to join the team.What we need:Full-Time Bartender: You sling classic cocktails quickly, keep a spotless station, and thrive in high volume.Experienced Floor Staff: You manage tables with confidence, run trays gracefully, and deliver sharp, attentive service with personality.Availability: Weekends are a must for both roles.What you get:Great Hours: Mostly 5 pm – 12/1amPerks: Generous tips, staff meals, venue discounts, and growth opportunities.The Vibe: Sharp, ****s-inspired venue with great regulars and a tight team.
