and to a high standard.You willbe responsible for:Managing digital projects from kick-off through to launch and post-go-live supportWorking with clients to define scope,timelinesand expectationsBuilding andmaintainingproject plans,timelinesand delivery milestonesCoordinating developers,designersand QA across multiple concurrent projectsRunning structured status updates and ensuring clear communication across stakeholdersIdentifyingrisks early, managing scope changes and resolving delivery challengesActing as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycleEnsuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standardSupporting continuous improvement in delivery processes,workflowsand communicationExperience & CapabilityWe'relooking for someone who brings robust delivery experience, but also the mindset and structure tooperatein a fast-paced agency environment.You'lllikely bring:Experience4–6 years of experience as a Digital Project Manager, ideally within an agency environment delivering web and eCommerce projects.Platform ExposureHands-on experience delivering projects across platforms such as Magento, WordPress/WooCommerce, Shopify/Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, and mobile applications.Delivery & Workflow UnderstandingStrong understanding of web development workflows — including discovery, scoping, design,



development,QAand deployment.Client ManagementConfidence working directly with clients, managing expectations, andmaintainingclear, structured communication throughout the project lifecycle.Project CoordinationProven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing priorities,timelinesand resources effectively.Ability toidentifyrisks early, solve problems proactively, and keep projects moving forward in a structured way.Tools & SystemsExperience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana,Basecampor similar platforms.MindsetHighly organised, detail-orientedand accountable.
