You will estimate costs for built-form projects, read plans, and support budget reporting to keep programs on track.You'll use Bluebeam, Databuild, PROCURE and Voyager to price trades, monitor schedules, and advise forecast build costs.
A trade certificate is desirable; 7+ years' experience preferred; cooperative culture and learning benefits included.
