This role requires a strong leader with a hands-on understanding of construction processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to drive efficiency, safety, and quality across multiple projects.
The Operations Manager will serve as a key point of connection between leadership, project managers, crews,



and subcontractors.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate daily operations across multiple construction projects, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.Oversee project teams, including foremen, superintendents, and field staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.Monitor project progress, proactively identifying challenges, and implementing solutions to maintain efficiency and profitability.Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements on all job sites.Collaborate with leadership, estimating, and project management teams to support planning, resource allocation, and execution of projects.Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project operations and communication.Analyze operational processes and implement improvements to increase productivity, reduce costs, and strengthen overall performance.Qualifications5+ years of operations or project management experience in civil construction or site development.Robust understanding of excavation, grading, utilities, paving, and related civil construction processes.Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor field crews.Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred, but experience and results are highly valued.
