This is a hands-on leadership role managing both internal and outsourced support teams while driving service excellence and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead IT Infrastructure, Desktop Support, Networks, Azure, M365 and Cisco environments.Manage IT Service Management processes including Helpdesk, Incident, Problem, Change, Asset and Vendor Management.Drive cybersecurity, risk management, business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives.Oversee hardware procurement, vendor relationships and technology lifecycle management.Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, documentation and registers.Partner with business leaders to align technology with strategic objectives.Manage budgets,
