In this hands‐on leadership role, you will oversee subcontractors, drive safety and quality outcomes, manage project delivery activities and ensure works are completed efficiently, safely and to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities include –Safety Leadership – champion a strong safety culture, ensure compliance, lead incidents investigations, site inspections and auditsProject Delivery and Resource Management – coordinate construction activities, supervise subcontractors and construction teams, conduct site walk‐outs, planning and scoping activities ensuring all associated reporting and documentation is completed accuratelyQuality and Compliance – drive "no rework" culture, quality inspections and subcontractor audits,



resolve defects and maintain project schedulesLeadership and Team Development – provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to field teams and subcontractors, foster accountability and continuous improvement and promote diversity, inclusion and respect within the workplace and identify development opportunities to support team growthRequired Skills And ExperienceYou must have experience in a similar position (site supervisor, construction supervisor or similar leadership role).
