Main Duties
Develop, implement, and maintain thesite WHS Management System in line with NSW WHS legislation and NewColdstandardsLead ISO ***** implementation,certification, and ongoing compliance at the Marsden Park siteMaintain WHS documentation, complianceregisters,



audit readiness, and legislative updatesManage risk assessments, hazardidentification, and critical risk controls across high-risk operationsOversee safety risks relating toautomated systems, ammonia refrigeration, hypoxic environments, mobileplant, and maintenance activitiesLead incident investigations, correctiveactions, and preventative improvement initiativesCoordinate internal and external WHSaudits, management reviews, and non-conformance closeoutsFacilitate WHS consultation processes,including Health & Safety Representatives and committeesDevelop emergency response plans,training, and major hazard readiness programsMonitor WHS performance, provideleadership reporting, and drive continuous improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with Heavy VehicleNational Law (HVNL) and transport safety requirementsSupport site leadership in meeting duediligence and legal WHS obligationsSkills & Qualifications
Education& Experience
Tertiary qualification in Work Health& Safety, Engineering, or a related disciplineMinimum 5 years' experience in high-riskindustrial, logistics, or automated environmentsProven experience implementing andmanaging WHS Management SystemsStrong background in ISO *****implementation, certification, and audit processesExperience managing major hazard risks including heavy vehicles, automation, plant equipment, fatigue, loading and unloading operations, and hazardous chemicalsExperience managing Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL), Chain of Responsibility (CoR), NHVAS/WAHVA compliance requirements, and transport compliance programs
