Reporting to the Commercial Director, we are seeking a Commercial Manager to join our team in Wyaralong.
Responsabilities Responsible for the commercial and contractual management of the project's downstream packages within a collaborative Design & Construction (D&C;) reimbursable contract model.
Accountable for managing commercial risks, scope changes, and contractual compliance, while fostering collaborative relationships with the client and other key stakeholders.
Requirements Previous experience in collaborative contracting models is desirable.
Required experience: 5-10 years.
Degree in Law or Engineering, with training and/or experience in contract management.
High level of English (C1).
