As our Administrative Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a collaborative and purpose-driven team.You will be responsible for:Providing high-quality administrative support across a broad range of operational activities.Coordinating travel, meetings, events and conference logistics.Maintaining accurate records, databases and corporate systems.Supporting financial administration,
including corporate credit card reconciliation and purchasing.Assisting staff with administrative processes while delivering exceptional customer service.Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance team operations.This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment where your organisational skills and initiative will directly contribute to improving Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health outcomes.About youOur ideal candidate will:Have experience providing administrative support within a busy organisation.Demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach.Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable learning new systems and databases.Show initiative, sound judgement and exceptional attention to detail while working both independently and collaboratively.Have experience coordinating meetings, travel, events or similar administrative activities.Be reliable, punctual and dependable, with a robust work ethic and a commitment to consistently delivering high-quality outcomes.Be committed to maintaining confidentiality and delivering accurate, high-quality work.Importantly, you will be a proactive, adaptable and collaborative team member who takes pride in supporting others, contributes positively to the workplace, and demonstrates professionalism, reliability and accountability in everything you do.Benefits of working at ECUAt ECU we're committed to fostering a positive employment experience and believe this is fundamental to the success and satisfaction of our employees.
