We're looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join a busy, collaborative recruitment team, providing end-to-end administration and coordination across a high-volume recruitment function.

About the Role
Working closely with the recruitment team, you'll play a key role in supporting recruitment activities from candidate sourcing through to onboarding, ensuring all processes are managed efficiently, accurately, and in line with compliance requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
Sourcing and screening candidates
Coordinating recruitment activities
Providing recruitment administration support throughout the hiring process
Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation
Ensuring compliance with company policies and recruitment procedures
Delivering exceptional customer service to candidates and hiring managers
Supporting the recruitment team with general coordination and administrative tasks
About You
To be successful, you will have:
Previous experience in recruitment administration, recruitment coordination or talent acquisition support
Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A professional, customer-focused approach
Experience using Microsoft Office and recruitment or applicant tracking systems
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
