Crossmuller is a trusted leader in electrical engineering and industrial solutions, delivering high-quality projects across data centres, manufacturing, materials handling, and automation sectors.We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Lead Hand to join our growing Sydney team.This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a motivated electrician who thrives on leading from the front, mentoring others, and delivering high-quality project outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead a team of electricians and apprentices on‐site to ensure safe and efficient project deliveryCoordinate daily work activities, resources, and materials to meet project timelines and milestonesInterpret electrical drawings, schematics, and project specifications to guide installation worksEnsure all work is completed in accordance with Australian standards, WHS requirements, and company proceduresProvide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and support to the team during installation and commissioningLiaise with project managers, clients,



and other trades to ensure smooth project execution and communicationWho You AreA licensed electrician with proven experience leading teams on industrial or commercial electrical projectsStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop team membersHighly organised with solid problem‐solving skills and attention to detailConfident in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and specificationsCommitted to safety, quality workmanship, and continuous improvementExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levelsWhy Join Crossmuller?
