This is done through developing resilience and training, to gain relevant skills and qualificationsAbout the roleThis is a full-time role until30 June ****based in our Hervey Bay office.
On a day-to-day basis our Site Lead will:Conduct weekly meetings with team members on a basis to monitor progress towards programs & KPI'sAssist with the marketing and awareness of the program with external stakeholdersDiscuss, implement, and develop training activities to address the client's requirements in readiness for employmentCoordinate day-to-day operations to ensure consistency with legislative requirements,



quality standards and contractual requirementsRecruit eligible candidates to enroll into the WORKFit programSupport team members to develop new and transferrable skills to assist clients to secure employmentEnsure employers and clients are supported for continued employmentAbout youExperience in leading and supporting high-performance teamsExcellent digital literacy with a focus on digital learning and a willingness to train others in a one-on-one or group environmentDemonstrated experience in assisting clients to overcome obstacles to secure employmentSound written, verbal, facilitation and networking skillsTime management skills to prioritise large caseloads and meet reporting deadlinesTo find out more, view our position description and full list of staff benefits on our careers page .
