We are currently seeking Supply Base Operators and Drivers (HR, HC or MC) to join our busy Dampier Supply Base on an ongoing casual basis, with the potential to transition into permanent employment for high-performing team members.Please note: Only local residents will be considered for these positions.
About the Role
Working within a dynamic supply base environment supporting the oil and gas industry, you will play a key role in ensuring freight, equipment and materials are handled safely, efficiently and in compliance with operational requirements.
This is a hands-on role offering variety, teamwork and the chance to develop your skills across logistics, warehousing and transport operations.
Key Responsibilities
Operate forklifts and materials handling equipment, including 2T, 7T, 16T forklifts and Reach StackersLoad and unload trucks, containers and freight safely and efficientlyAssist with quarantine and compliance requirementsSecure and prepare freight for transportSupport truck loading and unloading activitiesCarry out general warehouse and yard dutiesComplete daily equipment pre-start checks, including water, oil and fuel inspectionsHandle freight and cargo supporting transport, logistics and oil & gas operationsFor licensed drivers: operate Mafi trucks, HR, HC or MC vehicles for local pickups and deliveries
What We're Looking For
Current Forklift Licence (LF)Current unrestricted C Class Driver's LicenceStrong commitment to safety and teamworkAbility to work independently and follow operational proceduresReasonable level of physical fitnessNational Police Clearance (within 6 months or willing to obtain)Previous logistics, warehouse, transport or supply base experience

Current MSIC CardDogman and/or Rigging TicketsKnowledge of transport, logistics, marine or oil & gas operationCurrent HR, HC or MC LicenceCommercial Vehicle Driver Medical (or willingness to obtain)WA Fatigue Management Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
