This a great opportunity to join one of Australia's leading truck brands in a key role with national oversightAbout the roleWe're looking for a fleet service manager to own a portfolio of key national fleet accounts.
This is a relationship first role - you will be the first point of contact for fleet operators, day to day you will be solving service and repair related issues, supporting the sales team with accurate costings/quotes, attending industry events and providing support where required to the national dealer network.
A mechanical / technical background of some description is highly beneficial and the ability to deal confidently with senior contacts within our key fleet partners is crucial.DutiesManage and maintain relationships with national fleet customers, ensuring high levels of service and satisfactionProvide technical and operational support to fleet sales teams,
including service cost analysis and maintenance solutionsCoordinate and assist with fleet-related projects, helping drive operational efficiency and customer outcomesAttend customer meetings, industry events, and fleet functions across AustraliaWork closely with dealer networks and workshop teams to resolve service issues and minimise vehicle downtimePlease note some travel is required; approx.
3-4 nights per month away from home.
