You'll oversee core business functions including:Finance and financial sustainabilityPeople & cultureGovernance, risk and complianceSystems, ICT and organisational infrastructureYou'll ensure WHG has robust systems, processes, and capabilities to deliver high-quality programs and achieve strategic goals.Key responsibilitiesProvide strategic and operational leadership across the organisationLead and support the Business Operations teamOversee financial management, reporting, budgeting, and complianceManage the full employee lifecycle including workforce planning and employee relationsStrengthen governance, risk management, and organisational policiesDrive continuous improvement across systems, processes and infrastructurePromote a safe, inclusive,
