About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and inspirational Day Spa Manager to lead our luxury One Spa, where our people and guests are at the heart of everything we do.
This hands‐on role is ideal for a passionate wellness professional who loves developing teams, creating meaningful guest connections and delivering personalised, exceptional spa experiences — while balancing service excellence with strong commercial performance.

As the Spa Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and success of One Spa, ensuring operations align with brand standards, guest expectations and commercial objectives.




You will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the spa while leading, developing and inspiring a high‐performing team.
Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, your key responsibilities for the role include:
Lead and inspire a high‐performing spa team through a hands‐on, people‐first leadership styleFoster a protected, inclusive and inspiring culture aligned to luxury service and wellbeingRecruit, train, roster and develop a skilled, guest‐centric spa teamDrive individual and team performance through coaching, KPIs and ongoing developmentManage budgets, forecasting, cost control and yield optimisation to maximise profitabilityDeliver memorable, personalised guest experiences while professionally resolving feedbackGrow revenue through service promotion, rebooking strategies and retail performanceChampion health, safety and wellbeing through proactive risk management and compliance
What you'll need to be successful
Availability to work between 8.30am-5.30pm, with flexibility to work weekends and public holidaysPrevious demonstrated senior level experience as a Spa Manager within a hotel, resort or premium day spa, within the beauty or wellness industryDiploma of Beauty Therapy or Massage Therapy, essentialHold or ability to obtain a valid QLD Working with Children Check Blue Card, essentialAdvanced technical capability across facials, massage, body therapies and salon servicesProven people leader with the ability to motivate, develop and manage a large & high‐performing teamStrong commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting,



yield management and retail performanceHighly organised, polished communicator able to multitask and thrive in a fast‐paced, guest‐focused environmentProficient in MS Office applications and spa/wellness management systemExceptional personal presentation and professionalism
