You'll work as part of our kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals across restaurant service, and large-scale functions including weddings and corporate events.
Preparing and plating dishes to a high standard
Supporting the team with service flow across restaurant and event operations
Maintaining a clean, protected, and well organised work area

About the Candidate
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher) is essential
Experience in à la carte and/or banquet-style kitchens is highly regarded
Understanding of Australian food safety and HACCP principles
Calm under pressure with a reliable, can-do attitude
Availability across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (as rostered)
Work rights in Australia
