From bike servicing and trail maintenance to guest inductions and retail sales, you'll ensure every rider enjoys a safe, enjoyable, and memorable adventure.Where you'll make an impactWelcome guests and provide professional E-bike hire experiencesConduct bike hire bookings, reservations, and customer inductionsDeliver safety briefings and explain bike operation and trail guidelinesPerform routine servicing, repairs, and safety inspections on E-bikesEnsure all bikes are cleaned, maintained,



and rental-readyAssist guests with merchandise and technical product salesComplete daily maintenance records and equipment inspectionsPerform trail inspections and maintenance to ensure protected riding conditionsRecover guests and equipment from trails when requiredProvide recommendations on trails, routes, and riding experiencesProcess bookings, payments, and customer enquiries efficientlyMaintain a clean, organised, and professional workshop and retail environmentWhat we're looking forYou're passionate about mountain biking and enjoy sharing that enthusiasm with others.
