About the role:
An exciting opportunity is available for a Speech Pathologist seeking the flexibility and autonomy of a contractor position while enjoying the support of an established practice. In this role, you will:
Work with a diverse range of clients and presentations across the lifespan.
Have the flexibility to shape your caseload and deliver therapy in a way that aligns with your clinical style and interests.
Access a steady stream of referrals through multiple referral pathways.
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals.
Conduct assessments and intervention services, with opportunities to expand your clinical interests.
Receive ongoing supervision, mentoring, and professional support to help you grow and succeed.
What's on Offer
Work-life Balance- They understand the importance of a healthy work-life balance, which is why we offer flexible shifts that suit your preferences. You can choose to work either a morning or afternoon client shift, not both. This gives you the flexibility to integrate other parts of your life such as time for self-care and catching up with loved ones.
Caseloads are capped at 5-6 clients per day leaving plenty of time for administration and non-client-facing activities. We also provide options for remote work for non-clinical tasks and part-time employment if desired.

About you:
A Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Speech Pathology.
Current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership.
Strong commitment to evidence-based practice and achieving exceptional client outcomes.
A genuine passion for helping individuals flourish and thrive.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
