Role Description
This is a full-time/part-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Forbes, NSW. The Physiotherapist will assess, diagnose, and treat paediatric, disability, and sports-related conditions using evidence-based techniques and individualised treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include conducting thorough physical assessments, delivering one-on-one therapy sessions, monitoring progress, and adjusting interventions as needed. The role involves maintaining accurate clinical documentation, liaising with families, carers, and other health professionals, and contributing to interdisciplinary care plans.



The Physiotherapist will also participate in case discussions, support community health initiatives, and help promote best practice standards within the clinic.

Qualifications

Recognised degree in Physiotherapy and AHPRA current registration
Clinical experience or robust interest in paediatric, disability, and sports physiotherapy, including assessment, treatment planning, and outcome evaluation.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams.
Sound clinical reasoning, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.
Excellent time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail in clinical documentation and caseload management.
Comfort working in a community-focused setting and willingness to contribute to health promotion and education activities.
CPR/First Aid certification and experience with outcome measures or clinical software are beneficial.
